Burton Park, San Carlos

 

In 2008 we completed Phase 1 which included new play structures, water play area, shade structures, seat walls, landscaping/irrigation.  In 2013 we were awarded Phase 2 which included bocce ball courts, stage structure, sport courts, lighting and landscaping.

Major renovation of three existing city parks.  
 
"I wanted to take the time to relay to you and the Suarez & Munoz team what a pleasure it has been working with you on our 2013 Park Renovation Projects.  The renovation of our three parks covered the full gambit of park improvements.   The things Suarez & Munoz did to make our project a success was above and beyond what any contractor has done for us in the past.  I appreciated the re-design of the irrigation system in the baseball outfields.  The design provided would not have had adequate coverage and would have been expensive to fix once installed.  The small amphitheater you designed and installed at minimal cost really takes advantage of the views of Mt. Diablo.  It is one of my favorite spots at Hidden Valley Park.  There is a whole list of other things that helped make our project a success such as organization, planning, execution and quality work.  I look forward to our next projects together.  Good luck in the future and thanks again for the great job!" - City Engineer
